Takt is a new Danish furniture brand rethinking the way we design, build and sell furniture. They believe good design should be available to everybody and are focused on sustainability. They offer quality design products made to last for a fair price.
The products are 100% Eco-certified and Takt only use wood from sustainable forests, that are given time to naturally regenerate while local wildlife is sustained and worker conditions are balanced. They only use water based lacquer without unnecessary chemicals.
The chairs are constructed and tested for durability and have a five-year warranty. You can separate the chairs and replace worn parts and recycle other parts.
They currently offer three chairs;
The Cross Chair designed by PearsonLloyd that comes in a variety of materials and colours like ecolabelled Kvadrat wool fabrics and leathers with a Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
The Soft Chair which is my favourite. Ash with matt lacquer. A beautiful and organic shaped chair designed by Thomas Bentzen.
The Tool Chair designed by Rasmus Palmgren, made from beech and available in five color options based on the nuances of the Danish landscape.
