How to get rid of cellulite?
As mentioned I have a beach vacation coming up and my pasty body hasn’t seen the light of the sun since sometime back in September. The cellulite has been creeping back to my thighs and my bum and I haven’t been as good with this gem as I promised myself. SO how do I get ready for swimwear in less than two weeks? How to get rid of cellulite?
Well I probably won’t be able to fight cellulite and Gua Sha my arms into shape in weeks – but I’ll start prepping now and this duo will be key in the journey towards a summer ready bod. Well actually it’s a trio. I’m much better at exfoliating in the summer when my skin actually shows, but this season I will start early.
Beauté Pacifique Softly Exfoliating Body Scrub gently exfoliates and hydrates using microscopic pearls that loosen dead skin celles. These pearls are from natural origin and can be fully degraded. When I have rinsed the scrub off I give my legs, bum and arms a quick massage with a cellulite roller that you at the moment get for free when buying the Anti-Cellulite Gel that I apply after the shower. A massage may reduce cellulite by improving lymphatic drainage and improve circulation.
The gel has undergone some serious testing and in a clinical trial involving 80 women, the use of this gel reduced the orange peel appearance by an average of 22% – measured by ultrasound scanning. The thigh circumference was reduced by 7mm. That’ good enough for me to want to give this a go. Apply once or twice daily on damp skin, and make sure you pinch and massage the product in – the massage part is key for the gel to work. This stuff is sticky so be prepared to stand naked for a minute or two to let the gel soak in. If you are looking to try and minimise the bumpy patches this might be worth a try. Add on exercise to help with fat loss and firm your underlying muscles and make sure you foam roll in your workouts for extra cellulite crushing. This might be how to get rid of cellulite – keeping my fingers crossed.
