Healthy Looking Nails

Before even thinking about putting on your favourite shade of nail polish, your hands and nails should look healthy. Using a lot of nail polish can make your nails look dull or discoloured. Soak them in a bowl of warm water with lemon juice for five minutes – it will bring instant brightness. Push your cuticles back with a manicure stick wrapped in cotton wool to keep them flake free and add a drop of cuticle oil. You can apply the oil in the bath as the steam softens the skin, allowing the oil to absorb more easily.
